Paul Hallen serves as Chief Operating Officer of Nanoscope Therapeutics. He brings 37 years of experience in ophthalmic medical technology and biopharmaceuticals, with leadership roles spanning R&D, global marketing, manufacturing, quality, and commercial operations.

In this role, he led the development and commercialization of innovative surgical and therapeutic solutions, including the UNITY surgical platform, recognized as the 2026 BIG Innovation Awards “Overall Winner,” and contributed to advancing the global standard of care in retinal surgery.
